Dear Valued customers, this is an announcement that you need to take a look refer to Domain name forwarding function of your host. At the moment we have an issue related Domain name forwarding function for US host node.
Therefore, we will use proxy server so it will forward a domain or subdomain for you. Here is the step. There will be several proxy server will be prepared. At the moment we only have US proxy server. Later on we planned to use another server from different countries.
Step 1.
Configure your web server based use your custom port. Each NAT vm has 25 total opened ports both TCP and UDP. You may use one of those ports and configure to your web browser. So when it comes to open into browser, it should be opened as http://ip.ip.ip.ip:yourport/
You may check within your client area > Services > Your VM > Additional Information ; for which ports can be used.
Step 2.
Please submit your URL (also with your custom ports) to us. You can submit a ticket or chat to our telegram @hostgue for quick support.
Step 3.
You will received information which DNS will be used for proxy. You also need to change the DNS into IP we inform to you. Your new URL will have clean URL (without ports) and SSL as well.
